THE YEAR 2017 AND WHAT IS COMING ON 2018
For South America to the World – 2017 was a good year, we enjoyed getting our blog going, and share with our readers different topics on South America.
2017 was for us a very successful productive year.

James M. Wise and Yanira K. Wise published their book Doors of South America on August of 2017.
As you can see, we finished eleven book projects- we have been busy! Blogging takes a lot of time, although we did manage to maintain two posts every week while working on these books. Now for 2018 we are shifting things a bit, we still have more projects we want to advance. Therefore going forward we are going to add one post per week. Every Monday we will have a new post in our South America to the World blog, because this continent is still our passion.
Another main change coming on this New Year is that we are open to contributors. If anyone is interested in publishing a South America article on our site you are welcome to submit your material for us to review.
Last year we posted a description of South America hot spring each month. This year we will post one historic door picture every month with a little description of the town it comes from. We are also looking to post some recipes from one of the many countries from South America. In addition we will continue to post about places to visit in South America, restaurants to try in some cities, and articles that we consider are different from other sites on the web, this will include some posts in Spanish Yanira´s main language.
We wanted to let people interested in our blog, to know what the plans are for this coming year, and wish you all a Happy New Year 2018!
